Bread clips, those little plastic devices used to seal sliced bread bags, have a lot of uses so don’t throw them away!
First, I use it as a tape holder. Do this and you never have to spend more than a second looking for where your tape ends ever again!
Next, I use it as a book marker.
I sometimes clip it on the side of my book just right by the last paragraph I read. This makes it easier for me to continue exactly where I left off.
I also use bread clips as a key tags.
These are also great earphones keepers.
Finally, bread clips are great flip flop fixers!
So keep those bread clips and give them an afterlife with any of these tips! Stay OCfied!
I have a big box of old CDs that are so badly scratched, they don’t play anymore.
Well, I don’t want them to go to waste so I found some great ideas on how to upcycle my old CDs!
Hanging CDs make very good bird deflectors in the garden especially for fruit trees.
There are many kinds of CD art. To make foil scratch art, just coat the CD with paint then use an old ballpen, stylus or cutter to remove the paint to show the shiny surface below it.
Another CD art you can do with your kids is something like this!
Feeling Christmassy this early? You can use old CDs to create a door wreath.
You can also use old CDs to create your own earrings holder.
Now if you have a lot more time and CDs on hand, I found this roof shingle project online! Though I think this will only work for smaller roofing projects like maybe a dog house or a garden accessory.
I love upcycling projects! If you’re thinking of doing any of these, good luck and tell me about it!
